Carousel is for Harp Quartet
Carousel is an odd ride. As the horse glide up and down
down, it spins… slowly… gently…?
It goes
round and round, enchanting us,
spinning us,
still going round and round.
Yet, it is a joyous ride, a cheerful ride.
Frozen in time,
quickly, tilting the world upside down.
Flowing time brings us back.
